Found this on my last trip through the Flea Market. I think it deserves a chance if only for the subheader "The Joy of Sects"
Anyway, I've brushed it up some, went through the long list of edits Alex left in the original PR thread, and here we are.

Great stuff!
Footnote ten and the 'Joy of Sects' subheader are particularly hilarious.
I think in one of the bits where you mention volunteering it would be worth pointing out that it can also improve your employment prosepects, particularly if you can volunteer doing something connected to the sort of job you want (eg. a room steward if you want to enter the heritage/museum sector).
"without dreading the hangover were financed by the you that had a regular income." Needs rewording!
Fantastic job as ever, Matt.

Ah, I'll take the credit
Nah, great Entry, great rescue.
Likewise though, some mention of volunteering is worthwhile I think.

When I first read this I was thinking that volunteering looks nice on your CV, but when I was finishing it I didn't expand on that for some reason. I'll get back to it.
Thanks guys!

I like this a lot.
Wasn't that Rawling woman unemployed when she wrote Harry Potter.
That's what I'll do if I'm unemployed in the future .... not write Harry Potter - but something that'll turn me into a millionaire.

I enjoyed that. In my recent spell of involuntary employment inactivity I found I lost quite a bit of weight because I was cycling around a lot for 3 reasons: I couldn't afford Pringles and Coke; I couldn't afford public transport too often; and it was something to fill the day. Problem is, I got so sick of deprivation that when I got a job, I over-indulged somewhat in junk food and haven't set foot on my bike since.
Student-y friends are a good idea, because they have low standards and similarly vast amounts of time to fill.

I expanded a bit on the benefits of volunteering in the Samaritan section. I also put parentheses around part of the sentence you wanted re-worded, Elentari. See if it looks better now, or if it still needs more work.

Bloody disgraceful.
'You're Friends Think You're Slack'
Sort out that grocer's apostrophe and I might stop being grumpy for long enough to like the rest of it
