A Conversation for FANTASY FOOTBALL - Season 13 - No Money-bags!
FF13 - Week Three
GreyDesk Started conversation Jan 15, 2005
Lets see if this is a little easier for you all than week two's list
Wigan v Watford
Colchester v Luton Town
Tranmere v Walsall
Yeovil v Cambridge Utd
Notts County v Scunthorpe
But just to mix it up a little, there are two bonus points available.
If anyone predicts a Cambridge and/or a Notts County win, and those teams do indeed win. Then there will be a bonus point awarded for each of the wins. There'll be no bonuses for a draw, or if the games go to form and Yeovil and Scunthorpe win.
Closing time is 12noon on Saturday 22nd January

Your idea of 'form' is a funny one. Notts County are undefeated in 4, Scunthorpe have lost two of the last three.

Wigan 1-0 Watford (Ellington)
Colchester 1-1 Luton Town (Fagan)
Tranmere 2-1 Walsall (Dagnall)
Yeovil 3-1 Cambridge Utd (Jevons)
Notts County 2-1 Scunthorpe (Torpey)
And I'm not happy with today's result.
Chelski to win the league now I suppose.

And of course Yeovil losing to Oxford was hardly a 'form' result. I put it down to both Gary Johnson and Brian Laws being linked with the Coventry job. Gary Johnson came top of an online poll.

Lawsy would never go to Coventry. He'll be playing against them next season at this rate anyhow.

I agree he has an almost pathological attraction to the North East - I also agree it looks like you'll be visiting the best stadium in League 1 - or The Desperation as the FA are considering calling it.
(Depends on their getting the sponorship from Claims 'R' Us)

Here we go ....
Wigan 2 v 0 Watford - Jason Roberts
Colchester 1 v 2 Luton Town - Steve Howard
Tranmere 2 v 0 Walsall - Gareth Roberts
Yeovil 2 v 0 Cambridge Utd - Phil Jeavons
Notts County 1 v 1 Scunthorpe - Glyn Hurst.
I don't think the bonus points are worth chasing this week.

Yes that is rather funny
And here is the link to it if anyone else wants to have a read - http://www.bbc.co.uk/cgi-perl/h2cluster2/h2.cgi?thread=%3C1106228990-9929.2%40forum1.thdo.bbc.co.uk%3E&find=%3C1106228990-9929.2%40forum1.thdo.bbc.co.uk%3E&board=sixosix.division2&sort=Te
That should work at least for the next few days. The 606 site is not archived, so stuff vanishes after a short while.
