I'm at work, and I haven't got a single thing to do. So I'm alleviating that by following the football game on gamecast, and simultaneously parking at the Atelier.

The garden part is a venue for complicated and itty-bitty food -- then we can set up chafing dishes indoors and serve kedgeree, chicken biryani and chilli con carne with different sorts of hot bread. It's Garius's and my birthday on the 7th, so you'll have plenty of securibots as waiters from downstairs and I know Ampton will savor being a bartender again.

l can't hear out of my left ear cos we stood directly in front of a speaker, and l discovered that hopping about on a badly sprained ankle for three hours was a bad idea, but it was worth it, oh yes. l was so close l was literally touching the edge of the stage.

I am in awe. Being totally not up on contemporary rock, I haven't heard the group (TwoTrees may well fix that when she hears about it), but I remember well the experience of being right under the lip of the stage. Which one is Linnel? And what have you done with Fruitloop?

Mike A saw Iron Maiden on Saturday night, in Birmingham, and he ws in the mosh pit -- with flu. When I spoke with him today via IM, I believe he was subsisting on that horrid hot lemon/aspirin stuff and was extremely hoarse.

Oho, Stall 20! 20 and 34 are control positions, aren't they! Ferrari will be watching the traffic at his gate, people taking horses in and out of the small school, and he can see across the river and into the feed room. Anqa will be able to tell him everything that's happening around the quarantine barn, arena and dressage ring. The walkways from feedroom to small school entrance is covered, btw. I remember what it's like to feed in the rain. Even if the bots are going to be doing the grunt work. #20 is also at the large gate where the horse vans will come in and out of the yard.

Well, they sound worth looking up. And now I must turn in, because I have loads of stuff I have to do tomorrow, including show up at the school. Just the commute takes a bite out of the day.
