I finally graduated from Edinburgh on Saturday.. I've announced everyother qualification here. So I feel I should finish the set.

I thought I'd feel a plonker wearing a bow tie during the day, but it wasn't too bad.
The head of Glasgow Medical school offered to lend me his, but I wasn't sure how to tie one. Also I'm not sure if you can wear something from Glasgow whilst graduating from Edinburgh. It may explode.
I do half wish I'd gone for highland dress. Highland dress+PhD robes do look very imposing.

I wisely left my kilts safe at home in Texas when I visited y'all 3 years ago.
If you come to Texas, I'll expect you to leave any kicker books back in Scotland in return.
(If I had been traveling to Dumbartonshire, I might have brought my clan tartan. On a future trip I do want to finish up some genealogy I started nearly two decades ago when I bought that tartan drunkenly at a Renaissance festival. I was so relieved to find I really am part of Clan Colquhoun.)

I just took a Fb test which showed I am 100% Scottish
But maybe it showed that the Scots are 100% Vikings?
