Well, I heard there were some security issues with Wordpress and I wondered whether it was WP itself or some of the plug-ins. I've agreed to help a friend set up a blog. Maybe WP isn't the best choice? He wants it to be ad-free and is quite willing to pay the premium price.

Install WP4, and follow one of the online guides to "hardening" it.

The walk home yesterday was pretty punishing... so much so that between that and dinner I was in bed and asleep by 9!!

Worked at home couple of hours this morning for the client that goes live on Monday. Went to the other client, my user account is still botched, for mail and document management system. Spoke to HelpDesk for about an hour. Managed to release a couple of documents and send some for approval. Document management failed again. Mail still botched. Went home. Fired off a couple of mails for the go-live project. Must sleep. Wired and tired.

Between 3 and 5 miles depending on the route I take, plus steep hills and steps and things. It doesn't seem much, but I'm used to getting the bus!

That's a respectable distance, for walking to work! I am impressed!

And I walk back sometimes too!

Except on Fridays when I have a day off from walking.
