I'm on my second tea of the day. Soon to be third.
On a slightly different note... was doing a bit of research into some sites we're working with/around at work, and was on the cbbc website. Which was seriously weird to see the DNA system being used elsewhere, with our smilies! Seeing the way the kids use the diva one was brilliant

Not got as far as the CBBC website yet, but it's difficult to get my 4 year old the CBeebies website.
And to think I didn't get my first Spectrum until I was 7.
So how did they use , eh?

Maelstrom was a lot of fun. Roleplaying around Coffee for three days, that was hard work. I managed it, but various people had to give me shoulders to cry on afterwards.
But the game itself was a cracker, probably the best Maelstrom event I've had.
I am absolutely playing Empire! I am going to be the Exarch of Rivka's Penance, a Highguard chapter, just as soon as I can scrape together some kind of recruiting pitch.

Afternoon All
Grey and drizzly here.
Income tax return time, I hate domestic paperwork, it's a phobia.

there's a couple of streaks of blue sky trying to show through here in sunny (hah!) mancunia, i think it's fighting a losing battle.

minichessemouse - Ahoy there me barnacle! Posted Sep 20, 2012
It's been raining here since before S got up at 8.30 this morning and it doesn't look like it's going to stop any time soon.
Im seriously nesting, have packed a nappy bag for bump for hospital, just waiting for some more of his clothes to dry so I can pack those too.
Want to get my Terry nappy squares washed before using them, but with this weather need to wait for indoor drying space. Got stuff ordered from amazon and boots arriving or needing picked up in the next couple of weeks. Need to calm down a little bit he isn't due until December!

Manchester certainly had the fastest changing of weathers I've ever seen - rain, sunshine, rain, sunshine, rain, sunshine...
Over here, we're having a lovely sunny afternoon after a day of rain - see, our weather patterns seem to stick together in bigger pieces than in Manchester.

Arrrrrr
*sits nervously in a red plush sofa, waiting for news from home about the ongoing upgrade to Mountain Lion...*
Finally, after 14 working days and one or two daily phone calls since Tuesday this week, the Indian embassy in Copenhagen relented today and let me know that I can pick up my passport with a visum tomorrow. Just in time principle - I am flying on Sunday...
Mumbai, Ahmedabad & Delhi on the programme, major customers plus some authorities in the four days that I am there. Actually looking foreard to it
Did 2 x updates to iOS6 also today. Man, am I modern?

I did the same updates yesterday Santra, Siri is pretty awesome!
I will be having carpal tunnel surgery in 4 weeks, this is only the 2nd time in my life that I am going under the knife, the last time was sometime around 1984 so it hardly counts.
