While I was on the train I was going to post something along the likes of computers being great when they work and not so great when you can't get them to do what you want. The phone then ate the posting smiley - grr

Magwitch - My name is Mags and I am funky.

Cold and very damp today, hopefully it will clear the snow and ice which is now looking and feeling quite horrid.

My 'plant graveyard' has been revived itself - the Prayer plant which, up until New Year, was a bunch of brown shrivelled leaves, has, this morning, produced three brand spanking new ones smiley - boing My Amaryllis has a single shoot from the bulb again (I killed the last shoot - I broke it smiley - silly) On top of all that, Freddy has left the building. I'm taking these as good signs.

Hi,
Just put my sensor round this strange but inviting door - not sure why.
Just a random piece of information came to mind looking at the melting snow outside and seeing the mysterious ginger cat who regular commutes to spend the day in my garage roof- going home at the same time every evening - tiptoeing across the law and is totally unfriendly - but its been only been 15 years.
This made me think of Orangey the Cat who had a 15 year movie career (Incredible Shrinking Man (1957) Gigor (1962) Village of the Giants (1965) Breakfast at Tiffany's (1961) and much more and won at least 2 Patsy's (animal Oscars)
- what a waste Ginger when I think what you could have been doing with your life - but then I'm just gazing out the window.

Oh those cats of mystery. I have Teh Blak Kitteh who comes in most evenings, noms down food, and buggers off again. In three years we have gone from not being able to make eye contact to me being able to stand up and walk away from him, but not towards him. Humanz are Evill.

Welcome to the Atelier Slippery Ramparts. Are your smiley - sheep parts always slippery, or is it a temporary affliction because of the smiley - snowball?

One more story to illustrate Pat Robertson's infamy for those outside the US familiar with this creature: during the genocide in Rwanda, he used his television program to raise money from all the little old ladies who watch him regularly, saying the money would go to help the victims. Nope. He used their donations to support his diamond mining activities on the other side of the continent.
