Yes Lil, I was invited to a crayfish party at a friend's summer cottage.

It was fun, but I'm now known as 'The mass murderer' among my colleagues, after having smashed over 100 mosquitos last night single-handedly...

They were extremely aggressive and overwhelmingly numerous because of the rainy summer... My feet (I was wearing sandals) look as if I have measles.

Ouch. I don't like getting bitten by bugs.

Fortunately, my bites don't itch, no need to scratch, meaning there will be no marks left by tomorrow...

When I get bitten I usually get itches, which is a bad, bad thing.

I am here, and will stay. Getting back into the fold of things didn't take long. We were all ironed out by day 2 . Even the jet-lag was fine. Best night's sleep I had in ages, that first night home!
