Can't join the map extravaganza. I have a Mac.
*goes off to make bucket of rum and hot cocoa. It's definitely rum and cocoa time chez Agapanthus.* Anyone else care for some?

So if Posh has never read a , does this mean that she's never actually read 'Learning To Fly', her own alleged autobiography? Or 'David Beckham - My Side', allegedly written by her hubby?
I've added myself to the map, and enjoyed B's language quiz. I got 7/10, and one of the clips wouldn't load so I only heard nine of them. I'm glad I got the one from my home city right, although I thought they used a clip of a very mild Bradford accent.
I'm also glad to see that the spirit of 'Hitchhiker' lives at my University: http://www.bradford.ac.uk/admin/pr/pressreleases/2005/clearing2005.php .

j'au - have you tried John Lewis? They usually have good haberdasheries. And if you are in London, try Liberty's. They have a FANTASTIC habadashery (run by eccentrics who still don't quite understand Switch cards, but fantastic nevertheless). Good luck!

Took some paracetemol about an hour ago and it does nothing! Argh! I also feel slight nauseous and want to sleep.

C&H Fabrics are very good, as well, but I think they may be limited to the South-East.

I really wish batchers hadn't closed I'm in Manchester, but I'll add Liberty's to the list of potentials, and hope I don't get down that far... C&H fabrics are limited to the South, but they will also go onto my list...
I tried John Lewis's, but they don't have their "autumn, winter" range in yet - I'm going to try again in a couple of weeks.
Thanks for the suggestions

>I want to get back to the point where I am waking spontaniously at 6.00am fully rested and ready to go.
Me, too ... me, too ... Only, I utterly fail in making myself go to bed at the hour that makes the equation go up
>My loves to dig them out. (Perhaps she's too lazy for hunting
.)
Well- Diva, our female by our reckoning is too dumb to catch anything but worms. Her brother has brought home numerous
but not her. Her catch, to be fair, she did proudly announce with much meowing
>"Posh says: I've never read a book"
First I read it as "Pooh says,..." and didn't quite get your points... me.
But upon rereading, I agree wholeheartedly - scary!
>for our camp last week, we had a solar-powered, underfloor-heated toilet block, with the most fantastic showers in the world - going for a weekend in tent with the nearest water post 200-some meters away... (yeah, I know - I do the voluntarily
)
Off to Southern Jutland in an hour or three - probably be limited what I can do in terms of connecting until Thu. *waves*
