I am not liking our weather--it is hot, sunny, and in the 80s and 90s during the work week and cold, cloudy and rainy on the weekend. Someone in charge needs to flip this around.

The weather here has cooled of considerably today.
Probably because they have just fitted air conditioning in our office.
Oh well we have only been waiting 15 years since the place was built.

I was feeling a little quilty that you cancelled the scribing, Lil. I'm glad you decided to put it back on a voluntary basis. Hopefully, I'll be able to find some time to do it in the fall.

I've just returned from the first barbecue of the summer, where I was plied with meat until I was so full I had to leave a burger on my plate, I played giant Jenga on a sloping lawn and had a discussion about real ales and malt whiskies initiated by the fact I was drinking Monty Python's Holy Grail Ale (tempered over burning witches).

I'm sure quilty is a bone fide sensation. Isn't it that feeling you get when you just want to hide under the duvet and pretend the big bad world doesn't exist?
