That educational anwer is just very high class And fun to boot. Now, having read PNAS (Proceedings of the Natl Academy of Science as far as I recall) on a regular basis when I was at the university, I can understand why a non-scientific mind gets baffled. Fine. But to just skip over the "ummm, I don't understand" bit and right into attack mode is a fair stretch beyond my ability to follow.

Pho (pron fuh) is a great Vietnamese soup with a thin broth, raw meat dropped in to cook in the broth, bean sprouts and noodles. Often served with chili sauce and hoisin.
