Yes Tracky..I think the ferral ones are more dangerous than the now indiginous Puma and the various big cat crosses. I've seen a black Puma twice in the same local. My dog has found 'em and I've heard 'em scraping. Although scratched and dazed he was Ok.
But he's older now, so I hope he has more sense. The cops know but as you say they are night hunters.

My son has just reversed the TV boost to provide more volume on his his remote headset. The range is fixed at 50m. It will now be more like 5km. We live on a ridge. Expecting interest from 3rd parties.

The Nordics like shark meat. You cut it into 5kg chunks then wee on it then you burry it in the ground below one metre (protects from vermin) for one year. Because of permafrost the meat shrinks and cures. Good stuff.

Merry Boxing day everyone, we had a very happy relaxed day today. Brother no 1's girlfriend came around for lunch and we played amusing word games in the afternoon which was surprisingly not twee and enjoyable.

My Gift of the book of Crap towns, the 50 worse places to live in the UK was a great sucess as well. Though we feel affronted that Skelmersdale is only number 46 - there can't be 45 worse places in the UK!

Then we watched Monty Pytons "Meaning of Life" which is actually quite a christmassy film to be honest.

Tired but can 't get to sleep, so watching Red Dwarf Series I on DVD with Stepson. More cultural backfill.
