Hi Noggin - long time no see, it must be more than a year.
I tried to get a photo of Candi and the Stepson walking along - 5'0" and 6'5" made a good contrast - but I missed the opportunity. Egon is one of the very few people who makes the Stepson look small.

I'd still like to get Egon, Phil and myself all together for a picture. It'd be a sight for sure.

A sight for those of us under 6', Marv.
What fun, Courtesy! At least I know that I am by no means the only one reloading pages everytime... *group *

From what I can see, one server went down before lunch after being dickie for the previous few hours. And now we have three of the remaining seven servers playing up

Candi, I actually like standing next to Marv. I feel much more petite than I am in real life...he's extremely tall, or at least I think so, since I'm short!
Courtesy, I've had the same thing happen several times today. But the most common has been the XML parsing error at line 253, character 10. So, other than the fact that that it's an error and makes the page not show up, what does an XML parsing error actually mean? Can one of you wonderful computer types help me out here?

And this may post more than once, and if it does, I apologize profusely!!

As I understand it, GML and all of the DNA engine are running XML which I think means something along the lines of Extensable Markup Language, and the XML parsing error means that the parsing engine reading teh code fromt eh backend database is getting bogus or coruppted info and it chokes.
I could be wrong, I know little about XML or any other ML for that matter.

Absolutely Marv, every dna page is put together on the fly from the disparate elements which are held in separate locations in the databases. (This is why the same pages can be presented in different skins, the skins and the content are coming from radically different parts of the system).

Typing: I don't really have a style of typing. It appears that I use 6 fingers, all I could tell you though.
I'm very tired of XML errors myself. At least they are not causing multi-posts.

Ok, it is official. I have been at work for more than half a day - 14 hours to be exact - I haven't eaten in 6.5 hours - for those of you unfamiliar with Atkins, this is a huge no-no as your blood sugar starts to crash after 4 - and my co-worker is getting more than a little annoying - despite the fact that I have repeatedly told him that he is welcome to go home.
Am I allowed to be a little miffed now?
