Well, in the UK there are no laws saying you can't drink in your own home from the age of 4, with your parents' consent 
, or from the age of 16 if you are in a restaurant having a meal with 'responsible' adults. You can purchase it from the age of 18 and drink alcohol without ordering food etc in pubs and restaurants.
I shall be looking out for 
vodka, though I don't suppose it will taste very chocolatey, the beer I had didn't it just had a very slight flavour.

Shall we go down to the beach later on and have a campfire? Last time we tried that the dogs led us astray and we wound up in Wonderland. I really would like to go to the beach and have a campfire so we can roast these marshmallows. We also have the home-grown vegetarian marshmallows in case Greebo shows up.
