*Enters the transporter room, and straps on the OmeGauntlet, another fine product by the people at Crater Labs, Inc.*
Okay, I'm here. Just one more thing ...
*Pulls out the elvish sword and light sabre*
We've been on this thread for months now, and I still don't know which weapon looks better. Guess I'll have to take both with me.

*stands next to checkout and tries to look as though he knows whats going on*

*Pulls out several strange looking discs*
From what we know about the Horrible Somethings, these discs should be compatible with their computers. Each disc has a fairly powerful computer nuke (a virus that just deletes huge sections of a computer at a time), but I don't know how effective they'll be (or even if they'll be effective). Everyone take one, and try to install it.

Affy - you don't have to carry two weapons if you just take the shovel...
*tries to find the place where the away-team is leaving but fails and is confused and worried that she'll miss the mission*

All personell wishing to go on the away mission are to meet at this transporter bay. You're in the right place, Alien.
And this disc is just a way to kind of spread the damge we can do. But does anyone else realize that if the Genera;'s ship blows up, it'll cause a pretty big blast. I don't think it'll get Earth, but we might not want to be anywhere around if that happens.

*takes a disc*
OK...so...erm...perhaps if we're lucky the explosion will wipe out the rest of the horrible somethings...?

Afgncaap5 Posted Jun 14, 2000
Very likely. In fact, when you think about it, the Horrible Somethings seem to have a way of reacting very fast to threats, so I'd assume that they have some kind of hive mind.
It's possible that, if the Horrible Somethings actually do only have one large mind between them, then the General's ship would be the most likely place to destroy them all.
OF course, all of this is just a guess. We might not even take care of a third of their population.

Right-o, Mr Bluebottle, I've started a new thread for the Croz rescue mission, I can't be bothered posting the link, just go to "other conversations"
(Oh, and Croz might want to do the same )

Ok, gang. I have entered the coordinates for what I think is an empty room in the heart of the General. Put Snowzars on perma-frost. *Pulls out Snowzar and adjust the setting to infinity. Does the same with Mark II Acid Sleetzar.* Energize!
