Yeah get rid of it. It's a sad indictment of the lives people lead now that even what the idiots that they put in these shows do is more interesting than actually doing something active.

The first Big brother, okay, was watchable, was TV entering a new era, however these are reasons that realtity TV should go in

1) Maurine Reese - from Driving School - how somebody who is possibly the biggest danger to the british populus behind rapist, murders, terrorists and GWB (if GWB counts as a murder or terrorist is another dissusion) because of her shere inablitity to drive a car should be made a national icon and even get a hit record just beacause somebody stuck her on a TV show

2) 'Fame' / celebrity - I remember when famous people, celebraties, if you will (aside from the It Girls), had to have actually done something to become famous and deserving of our attention, now all they have to do is throw a few tantrums in an open prision and look, they're famous

3) Media hijacking / hyping - How everybody wants a piace of everybody now, going back to Big Brother (3??) Remarkable, an intelligent, articlate woman won it over her - Kate, and so the sun declared the infamous Jade (whom they're run a hate campain against) as the people's champion, (cause obviosuly the poeple didn't vote for Kate ?!!!"?"£!"$!"£"£$!) as she was more like their demographic

4) Late night TV shedules where people like me can watch various US sit-coms and other tresures are taken over my 2 solid hours of watching dull people sleep

There are more things that my red mist is blocking at the moment, just rid me of reality TV

The one that makes me crazy (or crazier than usual) is 'Who Wants to Marry My Dad?' with its mild suggestion of kids pimping for their ol' man. If I tried something like that, my dad would slap himself for having done such a bad job of raising me.
