Why yes, I must join this church. I have been a devoted follower of Weekends for many years now, averaging one to two hours of work each week for the past year or so. If I could figure out how to convince someone to do my laundry for me or for it to wash itself I would be completely workless.

You change clothes?
I am kidding of course, as the w*** required to answer the constant "What is that smell?" question far outwieghs the effort saved by abandoning laundry. I hereby welcome you to weekendism.

I was doing well at saving my money...unfortunately this past weekend I helped throw a bachelor party and , well...saturday night we had some *cough* "special guests"..............those one dollar bills do go quickly.......now I have to find a new j**.....*begins sobbing*

Ahhhh, my condolences. I know full well the dangers of scantily clad women when your dollar bills are close at hand. I think the new dollar coin will be quite a bit safer in this respect as they are harder to keep held in a waistband.
As for my advice on J** hunting...if it involves a computer far less w*** will actually be required or expected. If at all possible try to find employment where the employer is not quite sure what you do but still thinks you necessary.

Well I spent about 6 hours tonight greeting new people to the guide and doing other saintly stuff. It didn't seem like work at the time as I was quite enjoying myself; however, looking back on it, it does seem like quite a bit of work so I must now attone for my sin by sitting and watching large ammounts of television.

err, Dan, this may sound a wee bit demanding, but could you put me on the official list on your page that has all the church members on it? just asking.

ahh... i am now empl*yed... gainfully, mind you... but no fear, it's grooming, and that really counts as fun for me, so i'm not cheating... it does include every saturday... but that's ok, really! i promise to slack off for 59.999 minutes of every hour!

Canadian girl: Your name (along with John's) has been on my user page list for a while, but I forgot to update the Church page...until now. Your name is up there. I had to fix the page as the list played havoc with the upgrade. Well some of the new features are nice, (:-P! I've waited forever for :-P!) the fact that we now need to click our way through the old posts isn't. With this in mind, I'm moving this thread to: http://www.h2g2.com/F36347?thread=56458&post=416154 Enjoy! :-P

Of course you can join, although it's not recommended that you make the high preist find you by reviving a dead thread. Moreso when he's posting from an iMac that he hates using.
