*Finishes his saké, tosses a foreign coin to the barman, then pins a poster to the notice board giving contact details in case anyone needs a bounty hunter. Stalks off into the night.*

*watched everything with interest, and now calls to the bartender for a drink*

*re-enters the inn and sits at the bar*

So, barkeep, anyone interesting been in while I was out? Oh and a flaggon of ale if you wouldn't mind.

*turns to observe the other ocupants of the bar and waits to see if the interesting lady from the room next to his will make a more normal entry than her exit was*

*The woman walks into the bar, barely noticed, and goes up the stairs to her room. Once there, she rearranges the caltraps, and lies back on the bed. It appears as though she has been crying, though she is not the type to admit it.*

~the dark thing floats into her room it wraps itself around her, shairi is filled with a deep dispair~

*oh this one is nearly mine, I can feel it she is almost on the edge, I can feel her bleakness, wonderful*

~just for a slip second the thing changes into cal~


~in shock it lets go of her~


*ARGH!!! she still has some love left, she cannot be mine until I have killed it, oh and I will, then she will be totally mine*

* and why stop there next will be that elfish thing and who knows maybe even the whole town!!*

~the thing laughs but the sound is like nails on a blackboard~

~it leaves for now, weaked by the love shairi still has in her heart~

Levitating outside window watching foul evil leave, then enters room himself.

*walks to the bar and pays the barkeep for a room*

*once paid she makes her way upstairs to her room, she starts to lay out all her equipment, setting the chemicals she needs upon the dresser*

*Having rummaged through Cal limited wardrobe, Lilandra now stands in Captain Jack's room sifting through his clothing*


*She had managed to find a pair of trousers from Cal that were not too baggy for her.. and a half decent shirt belonging to Jack, together with his cape. So discarding her fine clothing she now stands dressed more like a pirate than an Elven princess. Nobody would believe her to be the grand looking, haughty woman betrothed to Sir James either*


*Opens the door to allow Captain Jack entry to his own bedroom*


There!.. What do you think? *raises a mischievous eyebrow*

Oh Jack!!.. Don't look like that! James won't even have to know about it! Come on, it might be fun!

*Kisses Captain Jack lightly on the cheek, she virtually skips out of the room to join Cal and Sota in the quiet back room of the Inn.*


*Grinning to himself, Jack follows*

*cal sees Mizz P enter he doesn't acknowledge her it might be dangerous for her if people know they know each other*

Interested by all this, I collate mental notes and file them away for sending to the powers that be.
Lilandra looks fine in her disguise.
Feels the evil that surrounds Cal and undetected checks out Mizp's chemicals and lab equipment.

*Her hanging loosely about her shoulders, Lilandra flounces into the bar and sits next to Cal. Oblivious to the attention she seems to create where ever she goes*

So what does the ale taste like in here then?


*She is beginning to enjoy herself. Especially making Captain Jack work hard to keep up with her energy*

Yep.. just like the old days. Poor Jack, I will run you so ragged, you will only want to sleep .. instead of drinking yourself to death </>

~the evil thing enters and makes a bee line for cal~



~it wispers to him~

I will make her believe it is you, everyone will believe it's you

~it feels cals dispair and grows stronger~

yes you will be mine too, but not just yet I will take your love first

~it leaves unnoticed~

*blinks*

*Looks at Cal and shivers*

*bows his head*



*he is engulfed with such dispair how will he ever get through this*

*Lilandra places her hand on his wrist.... receiving a censuring look from Captain Jack*

*The warmth of her touch seeps through his despair*
