She had been given a sedative with her food in the healing hall, but the sudden shock of being kissed by a complete half-naked stranger does the work of a good night's sleep and several strong cups of coffee. Mid-kiss she opens her eyes. There are many things she wants to say to the stranger- mostly "Where am I?", "Who are you?" and "Get off me you " However, it all comes out in a garbled-*

AIEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE!!!!!!

*on the stolen horse Syian gallops the road, she is gripping the stallion's mane tightly to stop herself falling. The weariness and dizziness threaten to overcome her as the blood from several reopened wounds trickles down her back and face*

*she sees Lumien with a strange man, this must be the kidnapper, and forces herself to stay upright. She reigns the horse in and shouts to be clearly heard*

Who are you that dares take the Lady Lumien from her bed in Imardin?

*Pushes the kidnapper off.*

Who are you? Where am I?

*looks down lovingly at Lumien, his pale blue eyes sparkling in the morning light*

My Lady Syian do you not recognise me...

*Sharmin stands helping Lumien to her feet, his muscles rippling with each movement*

*Sharmin looks over at Syian riding towards them and reaches for his sword*

Who are you....
Are you a guard from the city of Imardin...
You shall not take her from me...

*Sharmin jumps in front of Lumien, still dressed in only his shorts he brings his sword up ready to defend his lady with his life if needed*

Erm... that's Syian. /I'm/ Lumien. And who are you?

*Resists the urge to throttle him when she sees the state that her friend is in.*

... Syian? What are you doing here?!?

*looks at Lumien confused*

Who....

*Sharmins face screws up as he tries really really hard to figure out what is going on*

You are not Syian *points to Lumien*
And you are Syian *points to Syian*

*still confused*



Aha...

*a sudden look of realisation crosses over Sharmins face as he drops Lumien to the floor and rushes to Syian's horse*

MY LADY....

*Sharmon kneels beside Syian his long golden hair flowing in the morning breeze*

I have rode through blistering heat, scorching deserts and freezing glaciers to get here and finally I have found you.

*He reaches for Syains hand and gently kisses the knuckles*

*Brushes herself off, trying to think of a very good reason not to kill Sharmin.*

*Lumien sends a mind message back to the Guild, and as she gets responses, her face grows more pale until-*

Oh dear gods!

*She stands*

There's been an emergency at the Guild! I have to get back!

*She summons Chandra, and takes off running down the road back to Imardin. Chandra flies ahead of her, and will arrive at Imardin before her.*

WAIT....! I still don't know...I can't remember...I followed you

*she helplessly watches Lumien run away*

*she turns to Sharmin and a breif image of burning buildings and screaming sounds in her head...she shakes it and looks down on him*

Do I know you good sir?

*Calls over her shoulder.*

Stay here and rest! I'll come back for you!

*she looks down the road, she looks helpless and lost, she nods slightly*

Don't go...please don't leave me </>

*Sharmin stands his rippling muscles gleaming in the dying light of the day*

Do not fear My Love I shall protect you.....

*Sharmin helps Syian down from her horse he leads her over to the camp where he lays her down andlets her sleep*

*the wind whistles through the trees as sharmin stands guard all night, his long flowing blonde hair glides on the breeze as he listens and watches intently for any sign of danger, a wolf howls in the distanceand Sharmin turns his eyes glowing a deep red, burning with the fires of hell he leaps from his post and rushes off into the forest*
