Ah! Captain Sawbridge! I'm Lumien Swift, it's a pleasure to meet you.
I need messages sent to all the outposts. I was attacked by orcs on the Imardin-Kalsho road. One of them got away, and I fear this may lead to a revenge attack on this outpost or another. Imardin already knows, but I have to make sure the other outposts can at least be prepared. Can you help me?

Firstly you must rest in the barracks, if you forgive my brashness, but I fear you are exhausted...but I agree wholeheartedly, the other outposts must be warned.
