It seems our killer has struck again. The whole city is in danger! We need to station armed guards on every street, including the alleys, and impose a curfew for the people's sake- they're already in a panic.

Well, a man's been murdered, and all of a sudden Shaylar, who knows the most about the killer, Sharmin, is too busy to help!
