No, I'm afraid I have no pets.

*timidly knocks on the door*
Is there a staff meeting?
The HAZAAA's Office
Baryonic Being - save GuideML out of a word-processor: A7720562 Posted May 17, 2004
* Yawns.
Yes indeed there is! But it is very late and I must be getting off to bed now. You could, if you wish, leave your answers to the same questions that I asked Footbacon on my desk. That would be a great help.
Thanks.
* Trots off to bed wearily.

*Dreams of pet salad. Suddenly dragon eats pet salad. Vestboy frowns in his sleep. Vest eats dragon. Smile appears on Vestboy's face and he continues sucking thumb.*

*Suddenly freshly dipped sheep enter the dream. They are all wearing vests and ther is a cat in volved somehow. The cat kisses him on the forehead but not in a very feline way. Vestie puckers up to give the cat a kiss but falls down the dragon hole. He's falling... falling... *

*Sits bolt upright*
Wherrami? Warramidoinghere? Sheepdip? Ahhh, sheepdip.
*Drinks sheepdip and spreads some on vest*
Good morning, Ena. What are you doing in my bedroom?
The HAZAAA's Office
Luthiena Posted May 18, 2004
I heard an announcement telling all staff to come here....
*she raises a hand to her cat's ears and begins cleaning them*

*puts finger on lips to make sure they aren't still puckered*
But why have the meeting in my bedroom?
*notices bandages on feet. Slides them under the desk. Remembers he has to go and sit in the shallow end of the pool.*
Have you had breakfast yet? Can I treat you?
The HAZAAA's Office
Vestboy Posted May 18, 2004
Let's go straight to the diner then.
*leaves room hobbling on bandaged feet.*

There's a lot of popping going on round here. But not many wires. Interesting.

Name: Shaden Solomon Theif

Salary: No wages (at least I don't think so), just use of room in the basement
Guest Room Number: Shade's Tool Room (F1806957?thread=419691)
Pets: Maybe a were-cat soon

*Writes his note at the bottom of the page*
- I need to rent a wax machine thingy to get rid of the scratches on the ballroom floor. I was wondering if there an alternative to paying myself and the giving you the receipt for and getting reimbursed. I will probably have to rent equipment fairly often, going through the process of getting reimbursed every time would be fairly tedious. Also, it might be nice to have everyone post what their time zone is and when they are usually online. I am on EST (Eastern Standard Time) and am usually on between 4 and 9 EST on weekdays and occasionally on on the weekends anytime between 10 am and 10 pm EST. -

*wanders in and looks at note*
Aaagh. Easter Sandown time? I only eat Sandwich Meat time. How will we ever get to see one another?
*Looks at watch battery affixed to wrist by elastic band.*
This watch battery's slow.
*Uses elastic band to fire it out of the window*
It got faster for a bit but now it's totally stopped.

Thank you, Shade, for your details.
The Accounting/financial policy is fairly flexible. You could use Footbacon's 'Everything We Need' machine to get the goods you need. The EWN machine counts how long the product has been used for and will charge you accordingly when your return the product to the machine. To pay, you can either use your own cash/cheque/credit card and get reimbursed, or you can ask to use the company credit card or if the person who has the company credit card is not available then you can ask to borrow some cash or a cheque, which will be reimbursed to the lender as soon as the company credit card is located.
Does that sound all right?
And yes, perhaps it would be a good idea to post the online times. For me, I'm on BST, but usually GMT; so I may be online from 5pm weekday evenings or any time at weekends.

I think I've figured out how I'll do this. I've hooked up the Everything We Need machine to the network so that you can access the records from your computer and then reimburse me......
I think it should work.
(Do you know if vestie and hillary are engaged in a contest to make the most work for me? It sorta seems like it )
