Yeah Frizz, tell those of us that were too busy with the Marzipan Gin to remember what happened!

I guess Frizz is having a hard time remembering too!

Either that or she is so busy beavering like a Colorado Beavering Weevil that she has not had time to enlighten us. I only hope that the reason church members chat so infrequently is because they are busy spreading the word amongst the great unweeviled masses. All together now - what do we love.....?

WEEVILS!!!
(Yes I know that was 17 hours later than "all together now", but better late than never, eh?)

Jolly good response there, but something was missing. Zonker! What has happened to Zonker, the most weevilophilic church member of all time?

Nick O`Teen Posted Sep 22, 2000
How about, "Nick! What has happened to Nick?"
Apologies for not being around much (i.e., at all) in the last week. It's not that I didn't bleeding well feel like it, it's just that work has lately been just one crisis after another.
The crises seem to have abated for the time being, so here I am, with nothing much to say. Perhaps I'll just sit here quietly and drool whilst I recover the previous week of stress and deadlines.

hey where's Nick - boy have I missed that cheeky chap.
I have ben trying to piece together the full details of st weevils day - but there are still some crucial hours missing - stay tuned - I shall report back in glorious technicolor as soon as stories have been compared and alibis have been arranged (boy, that marzipan gin has some kick)
Anyone watching the olympics?

Sob. I missed the Olympic Weevil kissing. Hello Nick und Frizz. I'm not too sure that drooling is a good idea. Doesn't it make a mess on the carpet?

By the Great Druw, a plague of Victorian Humming Weevils on you all!
A plague of weevils being, of course, a good thing......

Percy von Wurzel Posted Sep 26, 2000
Amazing, is it not, that weevils, yea even Victorian humming weevils, discovered undeadness without even a hint of Great Old One or mad Arab necromancer? Certain items of weevil doctrine, though, remain to be elucidated.
1.Do undead weevils have birthdays, unbirthdays, rebirthdays or undeathdays?
2.At the Feast of the Ancestors (not far away now!) are all of the ancestors invited?
3.Why are guitar players attracted to al fresco parties?
These are matters of underwhelming concern to CotTW theologians and I am sure that you will all contribute so that Nick can post a sort of Nicene (Nickene?) creed.

As there seems to have been a decided amount of un-contribution, I feel I must contribute my thoughts... There are many creatures that have discovered undeadness with nary a sniff of assistance from the Great Old Ones. Weevils are an astoundingly advanced race, and as such may be expected to have developed along many lines of thought left unrearded by the human race......
1. I'm going to guess undeathdays.....
2. Surely they must be!
3. Many a philosopher has pondered the same......
And where is Nick?

Percy von Wurzel Posted Oct 9, 2000
Quite, where are Nick .. and Frizz.. and Zonker? Has some dreadful fate befallen them. Are they incarcerated in the salt tombs of Kmar?
Kidnapped by Mangrovian cricket riders?
By the way, what's with the 'King' thing?

Personally, I think they've all been abducted by the famed Wandunian Weevilhaters, and am waiting daily for the ransom note....;-0
I've set up an alternate kingdom of sorts with Alien called Balwyniti, naturally I decided to be King rather than page-boy.... Drop by http://www.h2g2.com/A446078 , we're currently taking applications for any position.......

My, all this action again suddenly, I can only conclude that the excitement is mounting as the feast of the ancestors slowly draws nigh.....

I have been advised by Boswell that the Tale of Ethelred the Undead and Olivia Oatweevil is about as genuine as a Syriac Palimpsest Weevil. Not only that, the ending is too abrupt and does not reflect good writing style. How I hate justified criticism. I suppose that I shall have to change it.
