Yes, two teams drop out of the Football League. It's looking like York and Carlisle this year.

It's the second season of Conference play-offs, McKay. Doncaster Rovers won the inaugural tournament last year - and just look at them now.
Actually, come to think of it, I'll just look at them at Valley Parade next season, administrators permitting...

For some reason I thought the league had kicked out the idea of a second relegation place.
I know the non-league is being re-vamped this year into a Confrence Premier or somesuch, and I thought the playoffs maight be something to do with this.

That reorganisation affects the three leagues below the conference. I've read up as to who goes into what league, and under what criteria. But I couldn't make head nor tail of it

Yes, the Conference is carrying on much as it is now, but there are going to be two new regional leagues - Conference North and Conference South - below it.
The reorganisation has led to some situations. There are promotion playoffs for a place in the Conference North going on between the teams who finished 14th to 20th in this season's Unibond Premier, plus the Unibond Division One champions Hyde United.
So Radcliffe Borough could be promoted to the Conference North after finishing 20th in the Unibond Premier this season, and Hyde could possibly go up two divisions in one mighty leap.

I see that folk are slowly starting to drift in. I was wondering how long people would leave it before posting.
Lets see how many forget that the thread closes in 47 hours time, and not at noon on Saturday
Key: Complain about this post
