Nope.
Somewhere between Pedro and water-slowed reactions and "radioactive drinks" you've got x-rays?
Besides that was Roentgen, in Munich who made that discovery in the previous century.

Iradiating fish so it does not 'go off' so quickly ?

Have a DGI for 'irradiating' and 'going off' but it's not about radioactive sterilisation processes...

This is Fermi of "Where are all the aliens ?" or is there another ?
If it's that one didn't he do some sort of experiment on irradiating a pond of fish to show water slowed down particles (or was this a dream I had during that physics lesson all those years ago)

Yes that Fermi.
>>If it is that one didn't he do some sort of experiment on irradiating a pond of fish to show water slowed down particles<<
Not quite, he used water from the pond in the garden, but that's near-enough-as-damnit +3
The last clue is how the slowed down particles were FIRST employed in an analogue to their present usage, which has already been hinted at.
