EMS = Emergency Medical Services, eg an RTA

ok, i'll explain it at a level even you should understand. The Crusader is a special type of ambulance. It can have seats in it, eg if you want to move someone from one hospital to another, or you can take them out and put a trolley in it, eg for if you were to attend a road traffic accident. The seat-ey mode can also take wheel chairs.
