Yeah chocolate can kill, drug, depress, knock out or choke some animals (humans included in high doses). Thats the fun way to die.

Dizzy H. Muffin Posted Aug 13, 2005
[Mog] That actually happens to the Auditors of Reality in the Discworld book "Thief of Time." They take on human forms, and they've never tasted anything before, and chocolate causes them to die of bliss. Just as well, too, since they were trying to destroy the world because humans were too unpredictable ...

Lord Job Boron. That's Lord Job Boron To You! Posted Aug 14, 2005
Hehehe the irony of trying to destroy the world because of it's unprdictability and then dying unpredictably from chocolate poisoning. Justice or what!

What would it say on your gravestone? Rest in Ripple... He is long gone, as is his caramel... He got the chocolate until the chocolate got him.

[Mog] They're more "its" than "hes" and "shes" ...

IIEM, a vanilla latte please!
Finally sunshine - typical, now that everyone's back at w*rk and vacations are over...

Hati Posted Aug 15, 2005
Tyoical - the sunshine is always somewhere else. Exept when it's draught.
IIEM, a hot , please. I am getting depressed of that weather.

Lord Job Boron. That's Lord Job Boron To You! Posted Aug 15, 2005
Would you like our sun? It's so hard to write dark depressing gothic poems in the sun.
Just wait until I get my shed. That will show the big yellow shining thing!

Mog! Why did you have to tell me the ending to that book!
Oh well. I suppose there's always Feet of Clay.

*looks up to see a wolf drooling over her*
*looks down, realizes Tracer isn't drooling over her, but over the package of Swedish meatballs she's still holding in her hand*
Oh - sorry, I forgot to serve them, did I?
*fills a bowl with meatballs, places bowl on floor*
IIEM, I could do with another...
[IIEM]: ...vanilla latte coming right up!

Titania, your expert opinion is needed at nordic club.

Thanks, Titania! He liked that!
IIEM, could I have a small cup of chai tea? It's kind of chilly today for August.

*comes dancing in*
Oh what a lovely morning! The sun on my face (after several weeks of rain), a vanilla latte (Ta IIEM!) and the aroma of freshly made cinnamon buns wafting out of a bakery I passed by (yes, passed - I resisted the temptation to go in and buy some @s)
Job Boron, I think that you might have to be a bit more specific when ordering - to me, your order sounds a bit like Absinthe, and since IIEM doesn't do alchohol, you might end up waiting for ever...

Hati Posted Aug 17, 2005
Yay! The sun shows here, too! I celebrated it with turning on the washing machine. I hope that was not a mistake...

Lord Job Boron. That's Lord Job Boron To You! Posted Aug 17, 2005
I know thats why I didn't say absinthe. I was hoping if I asked vaguely it would give me the non alcoholic equivalent. Only I don't know what that is.
Ok how about this.....
Can I have a green Dr. Pepper that tastes like liquorice.
I'm celerbrating by doing the garden. If I get tanned I won't be happy. But it'll be worth it when I've got my shed.

Titania (gone for lunch) Posted Aug 17, 2005
I don't know how sentient IIEM is, but I think it might have a bit of trouble interpreting your wish if you don't even know yourself...
A wide-brimmed hat might keep you from gettting tanned.
