Hello, everyone. I'm catching up. Congratulations, Titania. Welcome back, Loreth. Lil - there's a place in Manitoba called Komarno, that claims to be the mosquito capital of Manitoba. They have a HUGE mosquito statue in town. In Selkirk we call them the Selkirk Air Force.

My news of the week - I'd applied for a new job in Ontario, and had an hour long telephone interview 2 weeks ago, which was terrifying! Apparently I did ok - I got an e-mail yesterday that I'm still under consideration, and they may take me down there for a second interview! I'm a wreck - I'm so excited at the prospect.

He says: 'Don't you remember when I was a kid and got a drumset? I almost drove you mad playing it!'

Titania. Your drumset story made me smile. We have a similar tactic. Anytime a friend's kid (child, not goat!) wrecks our house, we buy them a NOISY toy for their next birthday. (with extra-long-life batteries).

Reminds me of a present I got last year. An enormous blow-up Lucky Cat. Just the thing to give a person with asthma and emphysema
