Well, its 04:05BST and I'd kinda like to be able to get up in the morning......

*thinks* actually, I guess that *real* anti-coffee would be a sleeping pill, but warm milk *does* relax your muscles, and make you less tense, therefore making sleep easier to attain...

Its all very well trying to be Princess of Darkness when everyone around you is asleep and isn't going to notice... But I can bring darkness to daytime, so its okay.
