OK then...give me a few minutes, and you'll find it at http://www.geocities.com/tonxter/smileys.doc
It's also got some key combos to those odd foreign letters like ö and the like...

Ah that'll be just fine.
I'm already au fait with the international characters. My uni course is European Studies, so I have to use all the Spanish and French ones, plus I occasionally try to e-mail my girlfriend in Swedish.

Swedish?? eek....
If you ever need help in German, you can ask me. Well if you know any Germans, you can ask them, but still...
Lived in Switzerland for almost 9 years you see...
*begins to think they ought to stop chattering on like this, as this is a poetry thread...*

But if we do dispense with prose
Then shall it not be fair (who knows)
To say that we may chat merrily
As long as we stick to poetry.
In any case I must be gone
For now that favoured time has come
When man shall eat his evening meal,
And so I make this last appeal;
I fair thee well and wish it said
This conversation isn't dead.
It may continue for a time
As long as we both stick to rhyme.
Ahaa!!

Planet of Hell
What a good show
You're a better poet,
I should know!
Hence I'll be saying toodlepip
Since off I must too merrily, urm, skip...
*wonders off ashamed...*

My latest poem:
She walks barefoot through the grass
I'm happy
(In Norwegian
Hun går barbeint gjennom gresset
Jeg er glad
Ok. I've posted it before. I just wanted to join in here.
Well, that and I'm bored...

Hello all, I'm back to say
That I don't feel too well today
My head's in pain, my face is white
I didn't sleep that well last night
It's my own fault, it must be said
I drank too much coffee before I went to bed...
Okay, could do with work on the scansion in the last line, but given the subject matter I'm sure I could be excused.
G'day!!

I'm gonna *have* to ask...
What does the PS refer to in 'PS of mythical characters'?
Poet's Nook
Anonymouse Posted Nov 28, 2000
With angel wings and devil's horns,
A rose who cherishes her thorns...
Who's gruffy, mean exterior
Has come from ills befallen her...
She prides herself on her defence,
Her deep hostility from whence
She draws her strength to face a world
Which oft' has scarred that frightened girl.

Poor girl.. Hope she finds some refuge somewhere...
Wrote this on the bus. A short, naive one:
Light steam billowed from a cup of take-away coffee
and the snow slowly melted on the city streets that night
and two hearts thumped madly for eachother
as we went window shopping last night.
JAR, (can't even rhyme...)
