Yeliab, maybe you should just kick of your shoes and relax in the Deep Purple Sofa for a while..? Put on some soft music, perhaps?
Miranda, it's quite embarassing, but I still can't remember his name! I think it's Simon something... I better ask my Opera-friend before my next lesson!
I hope you don't mind me doing my homework here, do you?

[Mog] IIEM, gimme a triple espresso with an extra shot of espresso, and a shot of espresso on the side (with an extra shot of espresso). And make it strong this time.

Freedom! Long time no see! How are you?
So, off we went and saw Harry P. and the Chamber of Secrets. Great film and all that, but there was a couple of things I found missing. I think there was too little of the everyday life at Hogsworth, that fantastic magical world we were introduced to last time. There was a lot of action and special effects and such, but the _magic_ sort of drowned in all that.
And the spiders didn't scare me at all.
But clearly I'm not the target audience, and the gang of 8 - 12 year olds that I was with loved every minut of it!

The spiders scared me! But you're right, there was a lot of action all the time. For instance, I remembered very well from the book the feeling that everyone suspected Harry of being a Bad Person... It seemed to go on for months, in the film it was only hinted at. That's how it is, isn't it, when books are made into films - something's always missing! I guess the best one can hope for is that the film will be a good film - not just a mediocre retelling of the book...
say, is there a smiley?
Obviously not....
A quest!

[Mog] I haven't seen it ... but I have the videocasette version of the LotR extended version! It was more true to the book than the not-extended version. And it mentioned Celeborn and Smeagol's names!

*Hurtles in through the door, trips, rolls, hits a stray chair, and spins up to vanish over behind the counter with a crash.*
Ow...
*Gets up, leaps over the counter, and finds a chair to sit.*

Torsional and Bending modes of metal rods. See why I need the tea?
The results are okayish, but it's my first formal write up, so I have no idea what I should be writing...

Sorry, can't help you there. My expertise comes around to sticking sharp things in people and buisness management.

Maybe that's only in some places...

Not too much. Simply desire for someone with which to speak.
And you?
