Be careful Bee - I myself walk with small, small steps when it's icy outdoors, because one winter I slipped and fell so badly I broke my ankle!
It was an interesting experience though...
- second worst pain I've ever experienced
- first time I've had a spinal anaesthesia (no body from waist and down)
- and getting very 
indeed on the calming shot they gave me first, making me 
all through surgery
...but I wouldn't recommend it, and once is quite enough for me...*knocks self on head*

I never broke notin on me, but then i wouldnt want to. This place is VERY quiet though it should be better once the towers are open again
