I had no idea it meant something more that what onelook says:

until I now looked what oxford online says.

Thankyou Bel for providing me with a perfectly reasonable definition - the difficulty with English is that so many words have multiple meanings and of course since it isn't your first language how are you to know about the most common usage.


Still, now I can spell it an know another meaning.
