The H2G2 Astronomy Society.
As there doesn't seem to have been any previous mention in this list of the H2G2 Astronomy Society, I'd like to rectify that omission.
Originally founded in August 2000, it‘s for any H2 researcher that has an interest in astronomy. Whatever depth that interest takes, we would like to invite you to cast an eye over the societies pages at A413876.
As 2009 is the International Year of Astronomy and the society is now ‘under new management’ we would like to encourage new members, and hopefully stimulate interest in the society and astronomy in general. So, if you would like to join up, let me know on the members page. A531019 We can add your name and interest to the member's roll and you can grab a badge for your own Personal Space.
