A pint is just the right size. 1 litre is a bit heavy to grip once the intoxication hits.
You can't go wrong with 568ml.
But still, it looks good and feels great to sit and drink from a 1 litre glass.

Nah, bottles are expensive, as you pay for the bottle. But with a pint, you give the glass back, so it's cheaper.

You can get pint glasses with handles in the UK, they are just a bit rare thats all.

I can't rember if the pubs we went to in Ireland had handels on the glasses or not.....those nights are a bit blury.
