I really rather enjoyed the 'relegation battles' week a couple of weeks ago. So I'm going to go for round two on this subject
We've got four from the bottom of the Premiership, plus one potential for an act from god from the bottom of the Championship.
Aston Villa v Sheffield United
Fulham v Liverpool
West Ham v Bolton
Wigan v Middlesbrough
Derby v Leeds
All predictions to be in by 3pm on Saturday, 5th May.

Well you know Hull will win 1-0 just to make that last result academic anyway...

I can see us staying up via some miracle, only for the pitch invasion / Uncle Ken's administration masterplan to cause us to lose ten points, making it all academic.
That'd be absoloute ing magic.

Well Hull could lose 15-0 now, Leeds in by ten and it would make no odds.

Oh dear. Still, better than at the begining of next season I reckon.

That's interesting; £35m of debt and zero in terms of fixed assets to support that. The primary asset of the club is the name 'Leeds United', and based upon the performances on the pitch, that asset is going down in value.
Blimey, they are well and truly screwed.

What's wrong with Le Sulk? Cracking player. Second class human being, but he was immense in his early career.

Of course really funny would be Hull lose 5 - 0 Leeds win 10 - 0 and they're relegated because of Ken's super - lets get rid of our debts despite all the money we've been spending on new players and doing up the ground - plan

Ooh! Deskmeister! I really think you should do the marking for this week! Go on, it'll take your mind off the Blades' problems, and it'll make the league table look *much* better...

well, just to explain that i haven't willfully abandoned FF... it's just that we've moved into a new house. not only have i been taking a lot of time off work, there's still no internet connection at home, and to be honest i've been so busy i wouldn't have been able to do more than ask for PP's anyway...
time to start thinking about next season anyway
