TAKING OVER THE WORLD
Neugen Amoeba Posted Nov 17, 2000
Well, well, well Clelba, my chocolate-loving, feline, world-domineer, you topped the stats for today, and thus the world is yours.....for today at least....till someone more evil takes over.......

Ohhhhhhh, you're a cunning one, aren't you? Must be all those cat instincts. And so innocent too. Ever thought of running for public office?

Clelba: You're related to the infamous Dr. Leo Pard since only yesterday? How on SOL III did you manage that? Did you marry into the family? Were you adopted? Is there SCANDAL involved?
Enquiren' mindz wanna know!
Aurora my dear Seer: Not intentionally. Though I do like Discworld (what I've read of the series). I came about mine from taking the name of the Voodoo loa of Death (Baron Samedi), anglicizing his name (Baron Saturday), and then Harlan Ellisonizing it "Shatterday"...
Is there a Baron Shatturday in Terry Pratchett's books?

I assumed you'd be running the parts of the world that had cats in it (The Arctic is mine). Mwahahahaha!

Couldn't I just have a teensy weensy little bit of arctic, to balance out my antarctic? It would also complement the rainforests very well.

Didn't know cats were fond of cold climates?!?!?
TAKING OVER THE WORLD
Neugen Amoeba Posted Nov 26, 2000
Sure you do, but they don't like it. Ask any snow leopard and they'll tell you that they'd rather be in a tropical climate, lying on a beach with a glass of cool milk in each paw.

Neugen Amoeba Posted Nov 26, 2000
Of course I am. I've spoken to many a snow leopard on this topic and they all have the same response. Why, are you suggesting I'm fibbing?
TAKING OVER THE WORLD
Aurora Posted Nov 26, 2000
No, it's just that I've never met anyone who talks to snow-leopards that much (they're too shy [The snow-leopards, not the people I've talked to]).

Yes, they are a shy bunch, but they're more outgoing once you get to know them. And there's really is more of them then you think. It's just that their coat and the snow are the same colour and so they're tough to spot.
