Sire,
Dost thou pull my leg?
The posting was intended for Mac (two or three above) but it's not so easy to keep track of what relates to which. Does that make sense of it?
Sorry I can't help in the brother department but I have a daughter ......
Jim Lynn did (as you may have seen) expect to have a clearer format in operation about now - but it has had to be re-scheduled. I live in hope.
Macs for dummies?

I once heard that on a can of floor wax, it said, "For best results, do not apply to teeth."

According to Dave Barry, it's a bad idea to make a company that actually makes products, because consumers, being the stupidest beings in the entire universe, will manage to find SOME way to injure themselves with it, and you will find yourselve getting sued, and the plaintiff attourney will sucessfully state that NOWHERE on your product did you put a label warning that you should not set fire to the product and jam it up your ear canal, and the jury, consisting of consumers, will award the plaintiff at your expense the biggest amount of money it can think of (Currently, $1 squigillion).

Mac OS is the computing equivalent of Chris Tarant, it Makes funny noises when you least expect it & asks you sixteen times before letting you do anything.

I am Linux Enthusiast, although I'm not anti bill gates either.
If it weren't for Microsoft the evolution PC would have been totaly different and not nessecerily for the better.
hell he was a pioneer and got big money for his efforts, who are we to blame him ?
People don't seem to know that they have a choice of Operating Systems.

Have you no appreciation for the horrors Bill Gates* has committed?! He is a monster, I tell you, a monster! Microsoft* is pure evil! Pure! There is no vindication for him! The only solution now is war!
[*Footnote: He says "Bill Gates" the way someone else would say "Adolf Hitler" and he says "Microsoft" the way someone else would say "The Nazis"]

I am not a Micro$oft fan, I use Linux out of Choice not because it's the only OS available to me it's unfortunate that new PC users, generaly speaking, only have access to the OEM M$ operating system bundeled with their PC and this is a real shame but it's not going to be easy to change. I dont go along with the "Linux needs a killer app" line because the combination of startoffice XMMS and AbiWord are enough for me.
I don't dislike the whole windows idea, infact when put next to Mac OS I quite like it.
