Fair enough, but Richard has a very close relationship with ferrets, as seen in that clip they show on It'll Be Alright On The Night at every given opportunity.

Didn't the ferret die of blood poisoning.
Oh, by the way, as Lochangel has backed out like a totally non-ferrety being I am obliged by custom and practice to go with the flow and do the right thing.
I do too, EV.

You don't want me to find a vest first?

Yes - well I used to work in Sloane Sq and Richard has a flat just round the corner from my office. one morning I went over to the sandwich shop and was standing behind this bloke who looked exactly like Dad from the back! "Typical Dad" I said loudly to the whole of the sandwhich shop "just ignore your own daughter." My dad then looked round and it wasn't him - it was Richard Whitely. Fortunately he saw the funny side! smiley - smiley

Vest! Technicalities!
If only my luggage had arrived I'd have plenty spare...
What size are you?
Maybe Lochangel could knit you one out of ferret wool?
I'm sure if we had an h2g2 whip round someone would come up trumps.

Excuse me but I am not Milly Molly Mandy - I am a modern career woman!! I don't do knitting!

Do you look down on knitting, and knitters? Don't we as modern people need to break down some of these stereotypes of certain activities being below us? Work is work. Knitting is work. Ergo knitting is knitting.

Who put that froth round my mouth?

Buy him a vest then, I don't care!

Who am I his mother? If he didn't spend all his money on buying Q magazine he would be able to afford his own vests smiley - smiley

Oh, and if anyone does want to knit me a vest, I'm size Handsome. No, better make it Extra Handsome to be on the safe side. smiley - smiley

You two both write with a scottish accent and I think it's catching.
Size Extra Handsome... Is that metric or imperial? It also needs to be long with a train at the back that will drag on the floor behind him.

Tsk the male ego is unbelievable - it is enough to turn one into a spice girl!

Which one do you wnat to turn into a Spice Girl? I don't think I could fit into a Union Jack and it's a bit against my principles.
