Oh wow - this is great stuff, Isa All the interest of the original version you wrote, but much fuller and more thorough. Needs a bit of polishing in places, but this is a fine Entry
I like the title, I'm afraid, so... no. No suggestions

Hey! Nice one, Isa. Very rounded and well researched. You bring the atmosphere to life
Are you in the mood for learning how to format this is Guide ML - to give you some headers etc, or would you prefer to have your sub Editor do it (if and) when your entry is picked for the Guide?
We all had to learn to do this at some point and I am hoping this is the first of many entries for you Want to try? We can help you.

OK, you asked for it
When you go into the edit page, scroll down a while and change the style to Guide ML.
Lesson One: To make your headings stand out, do the following
Rickshaws
If you want sub headings for sub-sections, you do Rickshaws
Lesson Two: To make paragraphs, you need to start with and end with for each paragraph.
Try those two first and see how you go.

Eventually, the whole thing should look like this:
This is a paragraph
This is a heading
Simple as that

Great read!
It's a fine idea to try and pick up GuideML too
*muttesrs something about the fact sub-editors are there to polish up excellent writing like this to EG standard, but then munches on his donut to muffle it all*

Oh, but if you get into it, here's a section of the Guide that might help A395552
It covers GuideML in a round about way. Just ask for pointers from most of the people in Peer Review though if you get stuck

I really like this kind of entry . But there are a couple of points:
In 'Rickshaws':
'It’s basically a try-cycle made of beaten tin'. Should be 'tricycle'.
'One must know exactly where one is heading and how far he/she would have to go'. A bit mixed up. 'how far one would have to go' would be better.
Good luck with your GuideML-learning .

Hello there all,
Though this needs formatting and so on, I think there's enough positive feeling about this article for us to move ahead with it. We'll take a note of this thread and be sure that those in the editing process are made aware of it/willing to undertake the task.

Your Guide Entry has just been picked from Peer Review by one of our Scouts, and is now heading off into the Editorial Process, which ends with publication in the Edited Guide. We've therefore moved this Review Conversation out of Peer Review and to the entry itself.
If you'd like to know what happens now, check out the page on 'What Happens after your Entry has been Recommended?' at EditedGuide-Process. We hope this explains everything.
Thanks for contributing to the Edited Guide!
