Well, the skin of large breasts gets stretched rather significantly -- this affects things like hygiene, but it also means that large breasts tend to be less sensitive than smaller breasts. Partners of those with large breasts are sometimes individuals who are really turned on by large breasts, but sometimes have a hard time grasping that breast-related foreplay may not be as stimulating for their partner as it is for them.

Actually, I think an entry on body image would be more appropriate and less... no, I won't say it.

I am trying to deal with a woman who thinks that everyone likes her for her chest, regardless of the fact that she goes to a lot of effort to conceal it. She is proportionate for her age, height and genetic background, but since she is a bit short, she thinks everyone is looking down her cleavage.
She is such an entertaining and animated person that it is very hard not to look at her when she is in the room. When she is talking, one has to look at her face, particularly her mouth and, unfortunately, this involves looking slight down and five inche above her clavicle, which leads her to believe...

Actually, wellness is a word, and is definitely not synonymous with "well-being". The latter is solely a state, whereas the former implies a process as well.

From Merriam-Webster:
"the quality or state of being in good health especially as an actively sought goal "

It's not in the Oxford dictionary, which is the standard the EG uses...

There are loads of words not in the Oxford dictionary that are used in the EG, especially if they are medical terms, which this is.

This being the CWW and all, do people have suggestions about actual content? Anything you really think should be included?

Well I said about clothing...erm perhaps...have you mentioned the dangers of falling out of your bra? And have you mentioned this thread in places where there are lots of women? The breast feeding thread would be a thought seeing as there are often not that many people in CWW
