I really ought to get on with writing my article on bipolar disorder actually. Oh well, I'm not really in the mood for doing anything so you're all very special because I've dragged myself out of bed.

An escalator - moving stairs, found in train stations, department stores etc.

A lift- ENGLISH. The 8 person maximum box that you go straight up and down in between floors.

An elevator- AMERICAN...a lift.

I'm relieved that I'm not the only one who had never heard that term before
It seems difficult to get this diagnose, though, what I read, still very many people get the wrong treatment because they're diagnosed wrongly

I've been told I have schizophrenia, clinical depression, atypical depression, and nothing wrong with me at all, before.

I hope you get all the help you can possibly get. I know some hootooers who are suffering from depressions, and it's not easy with the medicine they're getting, sometimes they just feel better when not on 'drugs', but they know, that that's no solution,either
