i read hidden crossbow for a minite there
I'm a bit ill at the moment

well i managed to add the name didn't i
Its just a really annoying head cold
the sort that makes you forget how to do things
like type coherently

everyone is copying everyone

so far "touch woodmy head" I ain't had/got one as yet

well I've heard eating lots of fruit keeps colds away
not sure how true that is
being a Scot of course I cant eat it unless its deep fried
which sadly counter-acts the cold beating part

many old type cures, but non really 100%, I try to get a good sweat going and burn the little virus out

well yes that is generally a good way to do it
and I'm feeling much better at the moment

just stay warm love and indoors as much as poss' till it goes

colds go away by themselves

it's just a good excuse to sit and look ill instead of working.

Ah relatively symptom free today
maybe hootoo is a cure for the cold

the cold bugs are scared of the Assassins Guild and what could happen to them

and they should be



Just had to change the kids cot into a bed
they grow up so fast

mmmh! another 14 and a bit year and a new Assassin joins our ranks then

training him in stick fighting already prof

good,because one day I might need a good body guard
