I'm still subsribed here, so I'd better answer. I'm not sure who else is.
The UnderGuide is asleep right now. I don't think anyone's actively staffing it, and it's some months since it accepted new Entries.
But there's a bunch of us who'd like to restart it, and we only need a critical mass. Your interest is welcome. I'll make sure you're not forgotten if the chance comes round again.
