In order:
1-I don't really understand it myself, they just appear there as if by magic. Ok, it's usually my roomate going out and doing all the legwork meeting people then bringing them to the house for whatever purpose. It helps to have a really outgoing roomie.
2-Central room of the house, where most activities not expressly involving the other rooms (kitchen, bathroom, bedroom, ect.) takes place. Generally where the couch is.
3-I owe it all to you. I wrote about bartending because of a suggestion you made a while back. It's something I know about and it lends itself to the writing guidelines. You write really well, and remember, we wouldn't be friends if you didn't write well (I never would have started this thread).

Responding in order...
1) ahhh the out going room mate must be feeling pretty bitter that he does all the work and you get the friends... lol.
2) I take it the couch is comfortable...?
3) I write from experience and thats not good for the guide. Oh well... its a hard life...

I'm generous, I share my pilfered friends!
I have the most comfortable couch in the world. I once trapped a friend on it for three days with nothing but some good ganga. She just couldn't get off of the couch it was soooo comfy!
Experience is a good thing, just not for the EG. That's why there is a UG, an AGG/GAG/CAC, and . Don't be too supprised to see your work in one of those. hint, hint.
I'm starting to use too many smileys. Oh well, bound to happen eventually.

Working on a revised CAC, and sinse I'm going to guest edit, your work will probably be featured at least once. I never did agree with the decision to nix your self-harming peice. There have been four or five entries that were rejected by the h2g2 eds that will definately be showcased in the new CAC.
Can't send my sofa (postage would be outrageous), but you can cry on it vicariously through me. Just let loose and vent here. I'll print it out and put it on my sofa.
Humor is the best remedy.

Scuse me for being blonde here, but what is the CAC? Woo! Excitability!
Ahhh... you sure you sofa can handle that much water? *cuddles*
Humor is sounding good at the moment... if I could find something to laugh at...

AGG/GAG/CAC or AnotherGalacticGuide/GalacticAnomiliesGroup/CommiteeforAlienContent. There is a revival taking place called 'Comitee for Alien Content: Continuum' that is basically a collaberation between the AGG/GAG/CAC and the UnderGuide. It will take the old AGG/GAG/CAC slot in . agcBen has written the first issue, and I'm working on the second with good possibilities for the third and fourth. At the very least I've got the stuff researched for two issues with a good idea at a third, and the GuideML template is done for what I'll be doing. Just needs a tweak here and there for different themes.
If my sofa can handle all the rum, vodka, beer that's been spilled on it in my drunken stupors, it can handle a few tears. Don't worry, it's been steam cleaned at least once.
For good humor, check out 'A Guide To Woodworking Tools and Terms' in the AWW. It had me laughing more than once.

You have been CACCed. Your 'How I Got Past Self Harming' will be appearing in the second issue for the CAC Continuum, pending approval from .
I need to add *miner* and *CACCer* to my name, somehow or other.
My sofa can handle anything! It's from the planet Krypton!

Yeah, it was really big here in the 'States a few years ago. I probably know all the words. Fun song. Good driving music. 3DD is a pretty good band, though I've not heard more than two or three of thier songs.

Thats the one. I only heard it for the first time last summer, but then i only heard of them as of lst summer...
Good driving music? Spose - its good for train journeys. I stand on the platforms and sing. lol

Well, it's good for staying awake after thirteen or fourteen hours on the road. At the tail end of a 900 mile (1980 km) drive it's pretty crucial to stay awake. All a song needs to be good driving music is a strong, simple beat, simple chord progression, and energized sing along vocals. Steppenwolf (Born To Be Wild, Magic Carpet Ride, The Pusher Man, to name a few) is a good example of a band that does that excedingly well.
I'm rambling again. I have to stop that.

Sneaky Posted Jan 21, 2004
Do wrong answers count against you? There are a few important tests here that are that way. Get 1 piont for a blank answer, 2 points for a correct answer and -2 points for a wrong answer, or something like that. It's been several years sinse I had to worry about anything of the sort.
Anyway, why did you only answer a small portion?
Key: Complain about this post
