I dunno...
*Shrugs*
Wish I could tell you.
Last time, I tried to help with the introducing/welcoming a new member, I sorta got into trouble ('cuz I'm just on the doormat, myself). /.

Ah! So if you'd be so kind to step off the doormat for a mo, I'll take it to the Thingite Armory. The mat too small for the both of us, unless we change ourselves into angels (hairpins etc.). The Armory is hovering on an event horizon and as I can tell from personal experience, strange things happen there. I'll clone the mat there.

Traveller in Time reading some many pages backlog
"'Deus ex Machina' ordered that only UpperClassTwits could welcome new members.
And it seems I am one of the few left active. I started colelcting new Pythonists when 'Deus' still was in charge of the Society page, now I still do it for 'Cat-eyes', who also seems to have problems combining HooToo with real life .
Anyway you are welcome now it is time gor your test
How many officers does it take to get you home? "

*Returns with two mats under his arm. Gives one to Thorn/Captain Scarecrow and stands on the other. Looks subtly different though it is not easy to say immediately what is different*
European Union or US officers?

*Puases before standing on top of mat*
"Um, Time Traveller, it-iss okay for me to stand on top of a cloned mat, right (isn't it)?"

"You are known as 'thorntheduidguy' as you were probably welcomed once.
Hmm, think we have lost count somewhere.
But we are probably not the biggest society on HooToo either.
However a warm welcome to our new pythonist 'Suitsat' (spy sattelite suit) our eleven year old member from poland. Here is your (Just one of the many for future smilies)

Here is a cloned doormat.
*hands it over*
If you stand on it your feet won't get cold as you may have to wait for a UCT to arrive. I would welcome you if I could but I can't.
