It's really nice to have a little too much - once in a way
Checked out the Davydown site - you're lucky to have such a lovely facility close-by.
My work in the Hill Country is well on the way, nearly 50% of the work is now complete.
Shall write soon - hope everything's fine there in Belhus.

You're very welcome DS and here are some dipped in or
Thank you everything is fine in Belhus and I hope you are keeping well too.
Thank you for the and the , very nice when added together as a truffle.
I have been without internet for three days as originally there was a fault on the line but I was told to reset my router which I did and now it's working fine.
Since Friday one of the main roads have been closed to a burst water pipe and all traffic has been diverted down the main road outside my house.
Also on Friday there were long traffic jams from the main motorway bridge and from one of the A roads which made all the roads coming into South Ockendon totally gridlocked that day.
Today is sunny but a bit on the cool side.

Hello DS
No the traffic problems have still not been sorted out as I had an update that they are retarmacing the road after they dug it up to repair the burst water pipe.
There are still putting new markings on the road going to Grays and I think that will be another week before it's finished.
It's been a while since I have watched the US open (highlights only) and you can only watch it if you have cable or satelite tv or on the radio.
Yes I would love to have a Glenlivet Single Malt .
And to go with the Beat the dram perhaps a bit of Runrig:

Hello DS
Thank you all is well and I have now become a great aunt for the second time, as my second neice gave birth to a son called Alfie Antonio, two weeks ago.
I have completed my course and I have past my maths exam with flying colours, I got the certificate last week.
In two weeks time, I am going try and apply to go on a level 2 computer course as my computers skills are only level 1 and are twenty years out of date and will also be learning how to use powerpoint and use of the internet.
I have been reading J.R.R Tolkien's The Hobbit, The Fellowship of the Ring and now I'm on The Two Towers, I have read these books just under a month.
Today I have downloaded the standalone version of the Adobe flash player 10.1, and it runs a lot better than the old version.
You must be very excited for your daughter coming home for the Christmas holidays.
Thank you for the lovely refreshing Coconut Arrack + Orange Barley Water + with lots of ice, and for the it's very nice.
Here is a glass of Glayva whisky liqueur + leomonade.
A half an hour ago, I had a with my .
Friday was quite an eventful day, when I went out to get the free bus to ASDA, I waited for an hour and it did not come, and when I went back online to find more information about the service, I found that it had change from Friday to Thursday. The last time that I used the service was three or four years ago, so a lot has changed.
When I went on the organised walk, I saw a woman in the woods wearing a long white coat and a green skirt and white top, reading a book sitting on a log, someone behind me said has anyone seen the ghost pointing to the woman.
I like watching the Doctor Who reruns on BBC3 but the days and the times it's been shown keeps on changing.
Over a week ago I saw I saw something very unusual a flock of 18 white doves, this first time I have seen a dove in South Ockendon.
Whenever I am out I'll like to stop and watch and listen to the birds in the trees and bushes, one of the neighbouring gardens has a tree which attracts a lot of sparrows.
It's a joy to watch animals in their natural habitat.
Take care and have a good week.
Warmest wishes and regards,
Katrine

Hi Katrine,
Heard about the lousy weather you'll are experiencing. Hope it eases up soon. We had lots of rain too, sometimes as much as 400mm per day!!!
Please try this ....... Caipirinha
Things are revving up for X'mas here - are you planning on going for Mid-night Mass?
The X'mas cake (a rich fruit cake, similar to your X'mas pudding, but, with lots of brandy and marzipan topping) is baked; it's aroma is tempting.
Please join me for a brandy on Christmas Eve.
Best Wishes,

Hello DS,
There was quite a bit of snow at the end of November which fell over three days but the second snow fall only lasted two hours and has practically disappeared apart for a few areas where there's still patchy snow and it's not as cold as it was in late November when the coldest temperature was -7C and adding the effect of the wind, felt more like -12C.
I prefer cold to rain, 400mm is a lot of rain to get on one day, the wetest places in the UK are the Lake District and Fort William.
No, I'll be going to the children's Mass with Nativity scene on Christmas Eve at 5:00pm, and half an hour before it starts, there will be carols. It's been years since I have been to the Midnight Mass and the last time I went was with my Dad.
Thank you for the , I love the taste of limes.
Here's a glass of hot fruit punch +.
Thank you for the slice of Xmas , I never used to like marzipan but I love it now.
Thank you I'll join you in a brandy on Christmas Eve.
Warmest wishes,
Katrine

Merry Christmas DS,
Sorry for the late reply. On Christmas Eve, my sister and I went to the family Christmas at 5pm and got there twenty minutes before to join in the carol singing. I was disappointed that they did not have the children's mini nativity play which always took place of the Gospel with the narrator reading from the Gospel of St. Luke.
On Christmas morning my sister and I were picked up by our older sister to see my mother in a nursing home, so that we could give our Christmas presents, cards and wish her a Merry Christmas. I see my mother every Saturday and get to see her by bus (One bus every 1 and half hour hours) and is a 45 minute bus journey.
After we gave our presents, we went to our old sister's home in Tilbury were we exchanged presents, watched films on television and had Christmas lunch of turkey crown and ham, along with roast potatoes, brussel sprouts, green beans and dessert Christmas pudding .
I had a small glass of cointreau after I had Christmas Lunch which went to my head and made me feel very sleepy.
Thank you for the Courvoisier Cognac .
Here's is a glass of cointreau +
Today I went to Mass this morning with my other sister who lives close to me and we had roast chicken, roast potatoes, brussel sprouts, and for dessert Christmas pudding , chocolates, after dinner mint chocolates and later on sweet mince pies.
Thank you for the , and the.
Best wishes for the Holiday Season,
Katrine

Hello DS,
When I was at my sister's flat today, we watched on television "The Railway Children" it's a charming period drama based on E Nesbit's book about three children whose lives change dramatically after they move from a comfortable townhouse to a small Yorkshire cottage near a railway line. Their mother is forced to make the move after their father is wrongly imprisoned, but the children are ignorant of the circumstances and soon settle into their new home.
Then after that we watched From Time to Time A haunting ghost story spanning two worlds, two centuries apart. While staying at his grandmother's house during the last days of the Second World War, 13-year-old Tolly goes back in time, appearing as a ghost to his ancestors and helping to solve centuries old mystery.
After this film there was the latest version of the Roald Dahl's classic children's story "Charlie and the Chocolate Factory" about the world hunt for five golden tickets which are hidden in chocolate bars and the winners are given a tour around Willie Wonka's chocolate factory.
I came back to my flat and watched "The Mummy: Tomb of the Dragon Emperor", which is the first time I have watched it and it's 2 and half years old and it was released at cinemas at the same time as Wolverine Origins.
When I was at my other sister's on Christmas day we watched The Polar Express. It's set onn Christmas Eve, when a doubting boy boards a magical train and befriends two other children when travelling North Pole and Santa Claus's home.
Warmest Regards
Katrine

Hi Katrina,
Happy (belated) New Year - one of the funniest new year wishes I got was the following prayer "Dear God, This new year I pray that You bless me with a Fat Bank Account and a Slim body. Hope You don't get it the wrong way round like last year !!!"
I am sure you celebrated wildly. Already one month has flown by. We're getting ready for the Cricket World Cup to be worked out from the 19/Feb onwards.
It was very dissapointing that Andy Murray could not lift the Australian Open trophy, last Sunday - he will win a Grand Slam very soon.
Trust all your examination results were great.
Wishing you all the very best of everything,
DS
