Another ex-Flea Market special - most of the credit should go to Joe, because I haven't had to do a lot to this, although I have responded to all the points made on the original Flea Market thread, which is here:

So, is this a total load of rubbish, or is it so good no-one's got any feedback to give?
I suspect the answer lies, as ever, somewhere between the two...

What's the latest on tiny piezo-electric generators embedded in the soles or heels of trainers to power these personal radios/CD players?

All the American sports stations are on AM too. And in that paragraph you might want to warn people that they probably won't be able to hear Test Match Special on a personal radio because very few - if any - have long wave

I like the Entry, and appreciate its scope, but would like to see a reference made at the end to DAB Digital Radio with a link to the appropriate Entry. Personal DAB radios are available, and can get the Test Match Special, since it's broadcast simultaneously on 4LW and Radio Five Live Sport Xtra.
Whoami?

I've added links to clockwork and digital radios, plus info on TMS. Thanks for the suggestion about the heel-embedded generators, Bels, but I reckon it's a little bit beyond my ken... there's only so much one can cover in 'the basics'!
How does it look now, anyway?
Cheers,

Just from the title, I'd imagined the entry would be more about the technical aspects of how radio works... Although having read the entry, the title makes perfect sense. Though I'm not sure this posting does...

Your Guide Entry has just been picked from Peer Review by one of our Scouts, and is now heading off into the Editorial Process, which ends with publication in the Edited Guide. We've therefore moved this Review Conversation out of Peer Review and to the entry itself.
If you'd like to know what happens now, check out the page on 'What Happens after your Entry has been Recommended?' at EditedGuide-Process. We hope this explains everything.
Thanks for contributing to the Edited Guide!
