"Why is it apparition when I have asked you where you got your facts in the past you responded to me you learned it in school, read it or saw it on the news. But when Zagreb says the same thing you berate him?"
Difference is, starbirth, I put-up when asked to. then usually those who asked me don't appear for a page or so. Perhaps to comfortably ignore it.

Or it could be that you access the h2g2 for personal use at your place of employment during working hours.{which is frowned upon by most employers} While others only post on their own time limiting their ability to answer you as fast as you deem timely.

Hello, Aufilena. As a non-American, I am often amazed at the little that Americans seem to know about the rest of the world. In my opinion, relying on the superior knowledge or intellect of Pretzeldent Bush is a big mistake and one America should never have made! His knowledge is such that I would back many contributors to h2g2 and this thread against him nay old day!

We din't make that choice. Our outdated electoral college system for electing presidents did. Might I point out that Alber Gore got more than 50% of the votes in the US.
Also, its not just the rest of the world that Americans are ignorent of. THe average american nos an amazingly small amount of US history, or Science. Various international and national tests show that the US enducational system is highly deficient. Bush is an idiot, but he is about as smart as the averge American.

Della, I Know now that now that since Al will not be running in 2004 you are hinting for me to take the plunge. You flatter me but I must disappoint you.

Oh, birth, I am so disappointed! You may have made a great Pretzeldent... but I understand you wouldn't have a spare $38 mill...

Well at least boss does but then again he has a real nasty disposition. I would Quit if I wasn't self employed.

I am. I am just disgusted by how stupid the US govenrment, and most US citizens are. Since I live in the US, I have everyday experiance with that. Prehaps I shouldn't have been so viscious, but the problems I mentioned do exist.

kasese<a rather confused individual, desperately seeking Harmony> Posted Dec 21, 2002
I viewed this morning's Toronto Global Mail which showed a picture of Colin Powell espressing "war with Iraq is imminent" The entire process of weapons inspections is merely a media smoke screen. Mr. Bush had already made up his mind to go to war long before he started the process of going through the UN Security Council. No matter what the results of the UN inspections show, the report won't be good enough to placate the American Government. I've carefully listened to both American and Canadian analysts discuss the "possible war". Over and over again the critics say that there will be no war before Christmas or New Year's because the public doesn't want to view body bags on TV around the Christmas Season. As if it matters what time of year a body bag is acceptible! Sounds like Vietnam revisited? It is!. The present threat to world peace is not necessarily Iraq - It's America. Sanctions against Iraq have only provided their people (and their Dictator) with yet another weapon to aim against those who don't agree with America's definition of a A "Free World"
