Golf Sale Man spotted in Regent Street

I saw one near Hamley's last week. He didn't have the placard, but wors a fluorescent vest with the familiar GOLF SALE logo.
A couple of problems - I didn't see him until I was right next to him.
Also, he had to be facing the same way the whole time. Placard carriers can just spin the sign when they want to face the other way for a change.
